Crawford, Sarah M. published the artcilePalladium-catalyzed mono-α-arylation of carbonyl-containing compounds with aryl halides using DalPhos ligands, Quality Control of 1237588-12-3, the publication is European Journal of Organic Chemistry (2012), 2012(30), 6042-6050, database is CAplus.
The extension and optimization of the [Pd(cinnamyl)Cl]2/DalPhos catalyst system, previously found effective for the α-monoarylation of acetone, to the α-monoarylation of a variety of carbonyl compounds with aryl halides and heteroaryl halides was reported. Aryl Me ketones, heteroaryl Me ketones, propiophenones, malonates, and methoxyacetone can be α-arylated under relatively mild conditions and in good yields. The limitations of the ligand/catalyst system towards other classes of carbonyl compounds are reported also.
European Journal of Organic Chemistry published new progress about 1237588-12-3. 1237588-12-3 belongs to catalysis-chemistry, auxiliary class Mono-phosphine Ligands, name is 4-(2-(Di(adamantan-1-yl)phosphino)phenyl)morpholine, and the molecular formula is C30H42NOP, Quality Control of 1237588-12-3.
