4-(10,15,20-Tri-p-tolylporphyrin-5-yl)phenol (cas: 57412-08-5) belongs to catalyst ligands. The atoms and molecules used as ligands are almost always those that are capable of functioning as the electron-pair donor in the electron-pair bond (a coordinate covalent bond) formed with the metal atom. And they often provide a convenient approach to fine-tuning the performance of known catalysts.Computed Properties of C47H36N4O

Mixed monomolecular film behavior of crown ether and porphyrins with arachidic acid was written by Mu, Jin;Xiao, Tong;Xu, Chuanxheng;Yang, Kongzhang;Shang, Shuxia. In this paper, the mixed monomol. films of arachidic acid with 3′-pentadecylbenzo-15-crown-5 and six lipid-free tetraphenylporphyrins which are difficult to form insoluble monolayers alone are studied. The results show that the crown ether is embedded in and porphyrins are squeezed out of the arachidic acid monolayers. The visible absorption spectra of all porphyrin-cadmium arachidate Langmuir Blodgett (LB) films indicate that there are some degree of agglomeration between porphyrin mols. By means of scanning electron microscope, the morphol. structure of porphyrin-cadmium arachidate LB film is observed, and phase separation in mixed monolayers can be monitored without Au coating. This study involved multiple reactions and reactants, such as 4-(10,15,20-Tri-p-tolylporphyrin-5-yl)phenol (cas: 57412-08-5Computed Properties of C47H36N4O).
