Mamiya, Mitsuo published the artcileFlotation behavior of natural gypsum and chemical gypsum, Recommanded Product: Dodecylamineacetate, the publication is Chika Shigen Kenkyu Shisetsu Hokoku (Akita Daigaku Kozangakubu) (1979), 169-74, database is CAplus.
The flotation separation was studied of natural gypsum from barite and pyrite and of chem. gypsum from Fe(OH)2 (from the precipitate of neutralized acid mine drainage). Collectors used were Na oleate [143-19-1], Na dodecyl sulfate [151-21-3], and dodecyl ammonium acetate [2016-56-0]. The chem. gypsum was more floatable with Na oleate, but no difference was found between natural and chem. gypsum with the other collectors. The difference in floatability was due to particle size.
Chika Shigen Kenkyu Shisetsu Hokoku (Akita Daigaku Kozangakubu) published new progress about 2016-56-0. 2016-56-0 belongs to catalysis-chemistry, auxiliary class Active Esterification, name is Dodecylamineacetate, and the molecular formula is C14H31NO2, Recommanded Product: Dodecylamineacetate.
